EP#720 Can Police Demand ID During Consensual Encounter?

I had asked this question and got in answered. I’m sure we have seen many videos and interactions where police want ID on consensual encounters for their “report” because they interacted with a person. Sometimes when people refuse, police then try get the person for obstruction and refusal to ID.
