Calgary Police

I would like to know your experience with calgary police.

I just had a very disappointing experience where the call centre dude actually mocked me for my safety concern. do you know how much courage it takes to report something?

If this was all, it would be bad enough.

He repeatedly asking me what i wanted the police to do while failing to give me any options. He kept saying over and over that he’s not a police officer, just works at the call-in place… why would they not be trained properly? it sounds like they are trained in excuses.

Bascially, he did not work with me on the safety concern, and essentially suggested we let it escalate to something extremely unsafe before we get police involved, which would involve unlawful entry into a female’s personal residence with a key the individual in question is refusing to return.

This was the only option he suggested.

WTF?
