SWAT sergeant drives drunk and armed to a school shooting

Amazing how they could take his weapons and keys away from him when he was drunk at the precinct, but no one did that after he drove drunk and wandered around drunk and armed on the scene of a school shooting.

He 100% could have killed someone.
