Argumentation Ethics vs Praxeology

Which is stronger for proving the NAP? It seems like praxeology is stronger because it based on intentional action which all humans do, but the NAP relies on argumentation, and you might argue that all action is an argument, but I think that’s a bit of a reach intuitively (though I can be convinced otherwise), and not all humans argue, some will just use violence to get what they want.
