Interesting Quote from Zohran

I know this guy’s been the subject of a lot of hubbub, both from ancaps and the random left-wingers who stumble onto this sub. By no means am I saying that he’s secretly a libertarian who’s read Rothbard and Mises or anything stupid like that, before someone inevitably claims that’s what I’m saying. (“muscular role for the public sector?” What does that even mean?)

But I do think it’s interesting that even the Reddit Left’s flavor-of-the-month champagne socialist has had to concede, like pretty much every urban planning nerd already has, that every single solution to the current housing crisis involves not introducing more legislation, but loosening the legislation that already exists that was designed to inflate the cost of housing in the first place, and let people build the housing that there is obviously a market for.
