Is consent of fetus important on conception?

I am talking a about a simple business deals when a rich smart guy simply pay a smart beautiful women to have children to help him build business dynasty.

Why I think this is a good idea? Well, let’s face it. Child support amount, when set by government, doesn’t really benefit the child. I am sure Kanye West children will be better off getting $200k invested in Bitcoin under his name than to get that money paid Kanye ex wife.

So instead of being nosy and uncertain about amount of child support will be, they just agree on number before conception.

Many smart pretty woman can simply make far more money for her and her children if she set a better deal than if she got knocked up without transactions.

Median child support in US is only $500 a month. I am sure there are plenty of women that can get $5k a month, for example, from someone that can easily afford $100k a month. But such deals is not possible. Amount of child support is set up by the government and not based on agreement.

Say we can agree beforehand how much the mom got paid, it’s natural that parents that care about their children’s future want to make their own deal rather than resorting to absurd government infested deals.

Many, including libertarians, says it’s unethical because the fetus doesn’t’ consent to be part of an economic transactions.

To me, this is a pretty black and white case. Let parents decide terms of their reproduction or force people to follow laws set by government. As a libertarian, it’s pretty obvious to me that in general the former is the right one.

Let’s put it this way.

Is consent of fetus necessary for children born with idiot parents?

Is consent of fetus necessary for children born in poverty?

Is consent of fetus necessary for unwanted children?

Is consent of fetus necessary for abortion?

Is consent of children necessary before they got bombed in Ukraine, Gaza, Africa, and so many other places?

But somehow consent of fetus is an important moral dilemma when a presumably rich smart man buy eggs from genetically superior pretty smart women and hire a surrogate to produce the children.

That the kids will most likely live far more opulent life than most of us is a problem.

And what about if the rich guy don’t like surrogacy? What about if he and the egg donor wants to have children the normal way?

Suddenly it’s legally impossible. Why?

Because the child cannot consent.

If you cannot consent either way, the normal rule is someone else make decisions for you. As long as the decision is good or better than average so what?
