No rich men want many heirs and no smart pretty women want to be paid for sex

It’s something that has been used by many statists to prohibit many thing. NO ONE WANTS IT UNLESS THEY ARE COERCED (by poverty).

Well. It’s not true. Also even if they are indeed forced by poverty, the one forcing them is not the one offering women money. So Johns and Pimps are innocent of rape. They’re not the one that FORCE women to have sex. Her own poverty does that.

But I like to address this from another angle. What about if no rich man wants to have many heirs?

It’s like someone put a gun on your head demanding your wallet. Someone else says it’s wrong and the guy said, how do you know he doesn’t want to give the wallet to me?

A more important question would be….

IF a rich man want many heirs, what can he do?

Just fuck a girl? There is a risk the girl will leave him and demand huge child support, like $300k a month in case of Kanye.

Moves to Texas? The girl may go to California.

Just pay the woman to give him heirs? Transactional sex is illegal. Commercialized reproduction is legal in US but it takes a lot of fun away isn’t it?

Prohibition of transactional sex and inability of women to sign reasonably binding contracts mean consent for sex is always vague. Like there is no way to proof consent for sex. Any woman can latter change her mind or even planned to change her mind and press charge for rape.

Notice we don’t have this issue for surgery, car rentals, house rentals and so on. You don’t rent a car and latter without any cause the owner suddenly revoke your rental and you are suddenly guilty of car theft.

Sign a child support contract deals? Not enforceable.

Marriage? Just make it worse.

How can a rich man have many heirs without risking those adverse scenario?

In US, it’s hard to say because rich men tend to buy yachts instead of having more children with more concubines.

Which one they would have chosen under a more libertarian society?

We can’t know for sure because as I explained, there isn’t any simpler way for rich men to have many children without risking adverse problems.
