Should dirty bombs be protected by the second amendment?

Seems logical enough that citizens should be able to build dirty nuclear bombs and other WMDs. The ownership of such weapons should be protected by the second amendment. And government infringement on one’s right to build dirty bombs and other WMDs is an overstep and a violation of our natural rights.

Agree or disagree? If you disagree, what would you ban next? Clean thermonuclear bombs? Cluster munitions? Operational tanks, artillery, and military aircraft? Where does the infringement on our rights end?
