In Texas, former Missouri City police officer Blademir Viveros has been charged with two counts of manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault. Prosecutors said Viveros was responding to a robbery call but did not have his emergency lights on when he T-boned a vehicle driven by Angela Stewart.
