How Ancapistan May Be Achieved: A Reply To a post

As I was lurking, I saw a pessimistic comment, on a poster’s personal experience with attempting to usher in even remote economic liberalisation being met with severe reprisal. This poster is very correct to be pessimistic. I have come to realise that it is simply impossible to redpill normies. Pearls before swine and all that. It seems we see anarcho-capitalism as a gift and truth to be given for the betterment of mankind. In a better world, I would be inclined to agree, but I have become cynical. There is instead a division; those of intellectual and philosophical prowess and literacy, and those without. The philosopher-kings and the plebians. Uberrmensch and utermensch. The former are fit and welcomed members of our beliefs and ideal. the latter can and will not sustain or comprehend such a place. In some ways, I agree with the statist: They may be fit merely for slavery. The Zimbabwean man to our Rhodesian man, and I believe all of us here are familiar with THAT particular event. To address this, I have contemplated a method, as follows:

Gather together a large quantity of individuals, EG Mises institute people. PFS, anyone who likes the idea and understands how it would all work. Generally people of higher mental calibre/lower time preference.

One must then find a patch of land, be it island or town; any patch will do SO LONG AS IT CAN CREATE THE NECESSITIES. One thought I toyed with was asking Milei for permission on a plot in Argentina.

Most importantly now is that the people must be incredibly heavily armed. This will come in handy later.

When this is all sorted, settlement would begin. When discovered, or if large enough and the settlement makes itself known, announce as a tax haven, with zero zoning laws and as much land as you can homestead, or alternatively ample opportunity to develop. This should, at some level, act as a locus for those who would capitalise on such an opportunity.

Given then that IQ is generally hereditary, the society would be populated with a generally upper-crust folk, and crime would be low. Crime would also be deterred greatly by the third step I have mentioned.

The obvious objection is government intervention, such as in the case of the rich men who were threatened by the Pacific Island governments and were forced to abandon their venture. Hence the armaments. I must emphasise these armaments. In many ways I see this as a much more successful and moral North Korea. Make the price, be it popularity, resources or men, far, far, too high to be a worthwhile conquest. Make it a Waco they can’t win. Even an aerial bombing would not be sustained, as the occupants of democratic countries, in spite of their sheepish nature, can correctly acknowledge such an abhorrent act. This would require extensive informing efforts to spread awareness of the plight, however in the age of the internet, this is easier than ever.

For anything more than bare necessities, there are merchants, despite the dominance of european-flavour-globo-homo. Purchase fuel direct from the Middle East, not particularly known for their scruples. Purchase semiconductors and devices from Asia, who I am sure have very little personal stake in the development of a micronation.

As an uneasy global stalemate settles in (bureaucrats have other things to be concerned with), the population will expand, through the classical route, producing yet more LTP higher-IQ individuals, or through immigration, which would naturally consist of those with an entreprenurial spirit or in the very least good reason.

Assuming all this plays out, one would in the very least have a (decentralised) nation on the rise, and at best a precedent that would begin to shift the body politic of the world writ large. Areas may begin to decentralise, and finally losing its largest asset, its slaves, the state finally becomes insolvent. Like with a failing company, investors leave, creditors circle, and the situation spirals.

While there are criticisms to be made, the alternatives seem to me untenable: As mentioned, one cannot redpill normies, and any attempts at economic liberalisation or promotion of cultural conservatism (LTP behaviour) is shot down on an emotive, pseudo-moral level. The Libertarian party, despite being libertarian-left and not so much Mises causus, can barely win anyone. (doctors, lawyers and engineers) want gibs. The left wants a nanny state. the neoconservatives want war funding. It cannot happen.

Violent overthrow is even less of an option. If you can be outvoted, you can, necessarily, be outgunned, as the monstrous might of the state is brought down, pinpointed, brutal and uncompromising.

However, even assuming success, that the state is overthrown, you must now deal with the fact that Ancaapistan is now filled with those same sheep who created the democracy to begin with. Especially the 13%. There is a reason Somalia does not function as Ancapistan should.

This method instead deals with these problems: It has a definable, actionable plan, and naturally creates the quality of people fit to inhabit the truth and freedom. A land of philosopher kings, that would sustain itself, and draw in more.

I am open to criticism, and alternative thoughts here. You do not need to accuse me of being an elitist. That much has been made quite clear. Equality as a goal is the worst hoax mankind ever constructed.
