Looking for most libertarian (for me) country to move to

Hi! I am a guy in mid 30s, borned and living my whole life in Poland, wanting to move with my GF to some more libertarian country with warmer weather, but I can’t decide which state would be least annoying to cope with. I am a game developer, currently looking for remote job that would not keep me tied to any one place and would maybe even help me get a H1-B visa so I could pick some US state. My dream would be to some day establish a micro game studio, so lax regulations on businesses and hiring a freelance talent would be my first priority, then relaxed drugs laws would be nice, but not as important, as they are illegal in Poland and I can still get them easily, but it would give me a peace of mind if I couldn’t be incarcerated for growing my own. Guns are cool, but not vital for me (would appreciate no regulations on flying drones more) and for taxes you cant escape them entirely anyway, so the lower the nicer, but not essential.

Here are my top picks, would love your input if you are living in any of these places, especially if you moved from one of them to another and you can draw a first hand comparison:

  • Florida: nice climate, not very liberal with drugs

  • New Hampshire: a bit colder than Poland, pervasive libertarian mentality that gives hope for positive trend for the future

  • New Zealand: moderate weather, still pretty liberal, but with downward trends

  • Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, some other EU country: not very libertarian, but may be much better than Poland and very easy to move to for me

  • Argentina: good trends, but maybe not good enough yet

  • Cambodia: heard government is so incopetent, it just doesnt mess with low profile people, especially when my business would be 100% digital, would love to hear bout other places that are this way
