The Constitution is just an abstract idea written on a piece of paper, it doesn’t have the supernatural/religious authority you people think it does, it’s just a concept that materializes only through collection action, now guess what’s the problem with this and your ‘anarchocapitalism’ (communism):

anarchocapitalsim = based on individual liberty (allegedly)

collective action = based on people sacrificing a portion of their individual liberties in order to complete tasks (build things etc.)

collective action is required to enforce the Constitution

anarchocapitalism is against collective action

conclusion, anarchocapitalism is against the Constitution
